Timberdoodle's Human Body Cube Review

I have a fun homeschool product to share with you, Timberdoodle's Human Body Cube!  This clever cube book unfolds to reveal 12 different illustrated "pages" full of images, facts, and figures all about anatomy!  This includes muscles, bones, and major body systems.  Depending on how you fold the cube the sides will reveal different topics - eye, brain, skeleton, muscles, etc.

D was super excited when I showed her our new cube as she is currently taking an Anatomy Physiology class in our co-op.

There are 2 views when the cube is stretched out long ways.  This is the view of the bones and muscles.

This is the view of the nerves and blood.

This picture shows you the thickness when the cube is stretched out long ways.

When the Human Body Cube is in cube form there are eight different views - the brain, the ear, the eye, the heart, the lungs, the skin, the digestive system and water works (kidneys/bladder).

 View of the brain

 View of the ear

 View of the heart

 View of the lungs

 View of water works

The Human Body Cube is a fabulous resource and tool for students studying anatomy/physiology, biology, premed, nursing, etc.  I love that this cube is small, lightweight, portable and super engaging.

The cube has great portability!  Above A is studying the cube in our car!

My kids enjoyed thinking of it as a puzzle.  Currently the Human Body Cube is $9.95 and recommended for grades 3rd+.  A-D have really enjoyed playing and learning with the Human Body Cube and they are currently in 3rd grade, 5th grade, 6th grade and 8th grade.
