Clean Eating 2020


I have been trying to eat healthier for awhile now and one of the things that works really well for me personally is to eat clean, which is basically where you consume more whole foods (think vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, whole grains, healthy fats) and limit processed foods.  Here is a glimpse of a few of my favorite dishes so far!  Hope your day is going fabulously.
