I have a new cereal to tell you about, Post Honey Bunches of Oats Tropical Blends!  Mango flavored flakes combine with real coconut shavings and coconut flavored granola clusters so you can take your taste buds to the tropics!

Here is a bit of nutritional info about it: 10g whole grain, 120 calories, 6g sugar, 9 essential vitamins and minerals including 60% daily value of iron, 4 wholesome grains, and Heart Healthy.

Going, going, almost gone!

This cereal is truly unique.  It has an extremely different flavor than I have ever tasted in a cereal (and I have eaten a lot of cereal in my day).  I personally found the mango flavor to be much stronger than the coconut flavor (the coconut was much more subtle - at least to my taste buds!) and this was a good thing for me as I much prefer mango flavorings to coconut.  This cereal also grew on me.  I liked it even better the second time I had it :).  David has been enjoying it every morning.  We are both impressed that it has a sweetness to it without having a super high sugar content (I bet that is the mango working here).
