Old Navy Women's Active Wear Sample Share

Guess what?  I was selected to take part in another Old Navy Sample Share through Crowdtap, this time for their Active Wear.  You may not know it but Old Navy actually has a large selection of Women's Active Wear including graphic tanks, graphic tees, semi-fitted tanks, compression tanks, 1/4 zip running tops, mesh tops, mesh-bubble tanks, padded camis, go-dry tanks, go-dry tees, printed compression pants, fold-over yoga capris, fitted compression capris, compression mesh capris, side-mesh running shorts, jackets, various sports bras and more - you get the idea - they have a lot!  You can check out their full selection here.

So, what did we end up with?  I chose a mesh top in Icy Aqua and side-mesh running shorts in carbon stripe.

I actually have this same jacket in purple and it is amazing, it has breathable mesh panels and thumb holes at the cuffs.  Do you have any Old Navy Active Wear?  If so, what do you think?  Or what would you have picked?  I would love to hear your thoughts.

Old Navy Women's Best Tees Sample Share

Guess what?  I was selected for another awesome Old Navy Sampling through crowdtap.  This time it was for Women's Best Tees!

A friend and I were able to shop for two Best Tees each - we could select any from the Vintage and Perfect collections.  I was surprised at how many options there were.

The Best Tees consisted of bright and bold colors as well as more traditional and classic options.  There were crew necks, v-necks, graphics, non-graphics, Henleys - really just a huge variety!  I think the crew tees are my favorite as the neckline is super flattering on me and I do not have to think about modesty.

 I really liked this green one on me.  I didn't get it but I plan on going back for it!

Sporting different Stripes

We each chose a vintage and a perfect tee!  I chose the perfect crew tee in black stripe and a graphic v-neck in black jack and my friend chose a Henley in orange stripe and a different graphic v-neck in royal rowena.

Fifty Three Dresses

That is how many dresses my friends and I tried on at my latest crowdtap Old Navy Sample Share Party!  And 53 is a lot my friends :).  I was so blessed to take 3 of my friends shopping for a free dress at Old Navy and we had a blast.

 At first glance, it looked like there was not a huge selection.  But after pulling out numerous dresses to try on I realized that they really did have a nice selection of dresses from sweater dresses, to sleeveless dress, patterned and solids - there really were lots of options.

 While I liked this dress, I did feel like a bit of a zebra (I suppose that does go with my degree!).  And I do not think horizontal stripes are flattering on me, at least not right now!  So this is our zebra photo...

 I liked the colors and feel of this dress but I didn't choose it for myself.

Old Navy Swimsuit Sample Share

My friend, Jenn, and I were able to go shopping at Old Navy today for new swimsuits.  We had so much fun.  I loved that Old Navy had so many different styles/patterns to choose from.

 After trying on ~ 10 different suits I ended up getting the one I tried on first!  A black tankini that I am super excited about :)  Bring on the pool...

I took a few pairs of my favorite shoes to try on with the dresses!

I love Old Navy and I was super impressed with their selection of dresses.  They have short dresses, medium dresses and the longer maxi dresses.  They also have solid colors, florals and patterns, stripes and much more.  I felt like they had a dress for everyone no matter what your taste, style or body type.

We also tried on several of their leggings, loved them!  These would be a must for me with a shorter style dress.

 Great color

This is a great example of an almost perfect but not quite.  I loved this color and the style of the top of this dress but the length and cut in the middle didn't work for my body type.  If only this was just a top it would be super cute on me!

 I really liked this one on my friend.  The color is great and the detail on the top is subtle yet cute.

 My friend felt like a dancer in this dress.  

 Another great example of an almost great.  This dress looked great on the top but again the length and cut in the middle just didn't look right on my friend.
