So, we did a thing in March - we got a rescue puppy!  And today he turns 1.  We just love him.  Happy Birthday Sarge!

College Care Package (Out of the Blue)

I remember when I was in college I loved getting mail!  I sent B a fun "out of the blue" care package this week and it was super fun to put together.

I packed fun items that all had blue color or packaging.  It included gum, beach note cards, nerd clusters, hot cocoa mix, fruit snacks, jolly rancher ropes, stickers, Trolli, Mike & Ike, popcorn and a fun book to take church notes.  We love you B!!

Happy Birthday E (And Me)

We celebrated E's 13th birthday and my 47th this month!  E had a few close friends come over and stay the night and we had a fun little family gathering for mine.

G turned 8 over the weekend!  We went on a family vacation to the beach to both celebrate him and get in one last hurrah as a family before A and B head off to college.

I love the cake the girls made him!  We took everything with us so he could still get a homemade cake.

Happy National Ice Cream Day

It's National Ice Cream Day!  One of our family's favorite days.  My kids invited their entire youth group this year, so fun!  Hope you were able to have a cool treat.

G's 7th Birthday Party {Baby Shark}

We celebrated G's 7th birthday over the weekend (a tiny bit early)!  It was a bit of a whirlwind as we planned it last minute but we wanted A to be able to celebrate with us before she heads back to college tomorrow.  G picked Baby Shark Theme 🦈

We set up a small water slide, used our chocolate fountain, and cooked up a few pizzas.  We are thankful for friends who were able to join us (even if last minute).

The bluebonnets are out and blooming in Texas!  It's been a few years since I got some good photos of the kids in the bluebonnets so I made sure to get a few this week.  Enjoy!

D is officially a teenager!!  I truly cannot believe that I now have 4 teenagers!  I'm thankful that we got to celebrate her over the weekend on her actual birthday with family and friends, so fun.

 

D is a strawberry girl through and through so David made her a strawberry ice cream cake, yummy!

Happy 11th Birthday E

E is now 11!  We had a great time celebrating with her.  She had Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Minis for breakfast.

And Bev brought home donuts and kolaches from her volleyball practice!

We went to Red Lobster for dinner, E's favorite restaurant.

 

And E finished everything off with a yummy treat!

We love you to the moon E, I hope you know that you are very loved!

Lone Star Riverboat Bat Cruise

Last night we went on a bat watching sunset cruise to celebrate G's birthday last month as a gift from his Mumma & Puppa!  It was so fun.  We have been bat watching before but it has been many, many years and G has never been.
